Red door HDR Shot

I used the trial version of Dynamic Photo to make these High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos. I took 3 pictures of the same thing at 3 different exposures; -2, 0 & 2, and then combined them in Dynamic Photo and did some editing to come out with these HDR shots.

We went to Bannack, Montana to take some pictures and we had a great time. I edited these pictures a little bit, mainly by adjusting the levels on the pictures. It was a really pretty day which gave me some great shots. I took the ghost shot by leaving my shutter open for 6 seconds and having Andrew stay completely still for 3 seconds then running out of the shot as fast as he could. I took the depth of field shot on the staircase at the Hotel Meade. I took a few shots to make a panoramic and then pieced them together in Photoshop using photo merge.

Scanography

This is a photo collage of a few of my favorite things. I scanned these items with my scanner onto my laptop. The original image is the background of a magazine picture, my iPod touch, cell phone, Tiffany's bracelet and a candy cane. I then scanned in the camera (which I cropped and edited with a mask to get just that image and then moved it onto the original image) and my ring.
